Job Description
  • The position is for a Tele Sales Executive – USA Process (Night Shift) at Daffodil Response Center (DRC), an international BPO and call center.
  • The role focuses on outbound telesales for USA-based customers, promoting products and generating qualified leads.
  • Employees will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with an emphasis on customer communication and CRM management.
  • The position requires excellent spoken English, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work night shifts.

    • HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Make outbound calls to customers in the USA.
  • Introduce company products and promotional offers.
  • Answer customer questions regarding products and services.
  • Follow up with potential customers to maintain engagement.
  • Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and call documentation.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer objections professionally.
  • Follow company policies, quality standards, and sales scripts.
