Job Description

Mentors International Grammar School is looking for a skilled and experienced IELTS & Spoken English Teacher who will be responsible for delivering effective IELTS training and improving students’ English language proficiency. The selected candidate will conduct IELTS Academic and General module classes, prepare course materials, evaluate student performance, and provide proper guidance to help learners achieve their desired IELTS scores.

Education

Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline

Additional Requirements

Age 25 to 45 years
Both Male, Female are welcome

Responsibilities & Context

Conduct IELTS classes following institutional guidelines

Prepare students for both Academic & General IELTS modules

Design lesson plans and prepare syllabus according to modules

Take regular mock tests, evaluate performance, and provide feedback

Monitor and evaluate students’ classwork and homework

Maintain attendance and academic records

Ensure discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom

Provide one-on-one mentorship and counseling to identify students’ weak areas

Help students achieve their target IELTS scores

Take proactive initiatives to improve academic quality

Contribute to the overall growth and development of the institution
