Job Description
  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our Finance team in a full-time remote position based in Bangladesh. The selected candidate will support the financial operations of an Australian-based business by maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounting processes, and assisting with financial reporting activities.
    • Requirements

    Education

    • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

    • Age Minimum 35 years

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations for multiple operating accounts and ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.
  • Process supplier invoices, verify documentation, and support weekly payment processing activities.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice tracking and payment follow-ups.
  • Allocate customer payments and maintain accurate debtor records.
  • Perform general ledger maintenance and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Assist with monthly financial closing activities and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with internal financial procedures.
  • Support preparation of financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheet reports, and cash flow information.
