Job Description

The selected candidate will act as the primary site representative of the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team and will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution, quality control, contractor coordination, schedule compliance, and timely project completion while maintaining effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Responsibilities & Context

Lead and supervise daily construction, interior fit-out, and MEP activities at the project site.

Manage overall site operations and ensure work execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.

Coordinate architectural, structural, interior, and MEP works among contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Monitor project progress against the approved master schedule and ensure timely completion of critical activities.

Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and identify construction issues.

Review architectural drawings, structural details, MEP drawings, material submissions, and method statements before execution.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve technical and operational challenges.
