Job Description
  • The Manager - Store will be responsible for managing overall warehouse and inventory operations at DEKKO Legacy Group. The role focuses on maintaining optimal stock levels, improving store efficiency, controlling material flow, managing warehouse systems, and ensuring smooth coordination between procurement, production, finance, and commercial teams.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Manage overall store and warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory control.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
  • Forecast material requirements and coordinate with procurement and production teams.
  • Monitor inventory movement, stock accuracy, and warehouse performance.
  • Manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP operations, and automated store processes.
  • Plan and organize daily warehouse activities and staff responsibilities.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and allocation of materials.
  • Monitor procurement, warehousing, and distribution costs to identify savings opportunities.
  • Manage unusable garments, fabrics, and accessories disposal or reuse processes.
  • Ensure materials meet quality standards before production use.
  • Conduct inventory inspections and resolve stock discrepancies and operational issues.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental, and audit requirements.
  • Develop training programs to improve store team performance.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movement, financial metrics, and operational performance.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Finance, and Commercial departments for smooth supply chain operations.
