Job Description
  • The General Manager, Human Resources will provide strategic leadership for the HR function at Enroute International Limited. The role focuses on developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, managing talent, ensuring compliance with labor laws, improving organizational culture, and leading HR operations at a senior management level.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with organizational goals and business growth.
  • Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and manpower forecasting initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, employee development, and career progression programs.
  • Build succession planning frameworks and strengthen leadership pipelines.
  • Design and manage compensation, benefits, insurance, and employee welfare programs.
  • Oversee payroll, HR operations, documentation, administration, and vendor management.
  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, statutory regulations, and HR policies.
  • Develop performance management systems and promote a performance-driven culture.
  • Lead HR analytics, workforce reporting, and data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and manage annual HR budgets, including training and employee benefit costs.
  • Handle risk management, employee relations, and workplace compliance issues.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to achieve departmental KPIs.
  • Collaborate with senior management and business leaders to provide effective HR solutions.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
