Job Description
  • The Personal Assistant to Chairman will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Chairman of Razzak Group. The role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, communication ability, and the capability to manage schedules, coordinate business activities, prepare documents, and handle sensitive information in a professional manner.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Chairman.
  • Manage and organize the Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Handle confidential emails, correspondence, and phone communications professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman.
  • Arrange travel plans, hotel bookings, transportation, and business logistics.
  • Draft official letters, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and ensure secure record management.
  • Track important tasks, deadlines, and follow up on assigned activities.
  • Assist the Chairman in business meetings and corporate activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of business strategies and sensitive information.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the Chairman as required.
