Job Description
  • The Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing will be responsible for leading sales and marketing operations at Unicare Diagnostic and Consultant Center. The role focuses on developing marketing strategies, managing sales teams, building relationships with healthcare partners, achieving business targets, and expanding the organization’s market presence in the healthcare sector.

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, monitor, and manage field sales activities to ensure target achievement.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate sales team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacies, institutions, and corporate clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand healthcare service reach.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, dashboards, and performance analysis for management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for effective marketing campaigns and service promotions.
  • Manage promotional budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
  • Drive membership programs, corporate partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies.
  • Support business growth through customer relationship management and market development.
