Job Description
  • Jist Industrial Co. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Planning Officer - Narrow Fabrics (Garments Accessories) to manage production planning activities and ensure smooth workflow in the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of textile production planning, narrow fabrics manufacturing, ERP systems, and strong analytical skills. This role requires effective coordination with production and marketing teams to achieve timely order delivery and optimize production efficiency.
    • Requirements

    Education

    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in in Textile Engineering (Only eligible for Textile Engineering.), Diploma (Vocational) in in Textile Engineering or Relevant Degree.

    • Age 25 to 35 years

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans according to order requirements.
  • Coordinate with production and marketing teams to ensure smooth production workflow and timely delivery.
  • Monitor production progress and follow up on planning schedules.
  • Prepare and maintain production planning reports using Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
  • Analyze production capacity and ensure optimum utilization of machines and resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of production status and provide updates to management.
  • Handle professional email communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support production efficiency improvement through effective planning and monitoring.
  • Coordinate with different departments to resolve planning-related issues.
  • Perform other planning and reporting tasks assigned by management.
