Job Description
  • Armani Properties Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Diploma Architect to support architectural design, drafting, documentation, and construction supervision activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of AutoCAD, construction drawings, and architectural detailing with the ability to transform design concepts into practical solutions. This position is suitable for architecture professionals who want to develop their career in the real estate and property development sector.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and design documents using AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
  • Assist senior architects in design development and project documentation.
  • Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
  • Modify and update drawings based on project requirements and design changes.
  • Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress as required.
  • Perform site measurements and prepare as-built drawings.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers for project execution.
  • Prepare quantity take-offs and material schedules when necessary.
  • Maintain drawing revisions, records, and project documentation.
  • Support the preparation of project presentations, brochures, and design materials.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with approved designs, standards, and company requirements.
  • Perform other architectural and technical tasks assigned by management.
