Job Description

Armani Properties Ltd. is seeking a creative and experienced Architect (B.Sc.) to join its Design & Planning Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design solutions, managing project documentation, and ensuring successful execution of architectural plans. Candidates should have strong skills in architectural software, construction detailing, and knowledge of BNBC and RAJUK approval procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for architects who want to contribute to innovative residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects.

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Responsibilities & Context

Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, and detailed working drawings for various projects.

Prepare layout plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations.

Design residential, commercial, resort, and township development projects.

Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, and MEP consultants.

Ensure architectural designs comply with BNBC, RAJUK regulations, and industry standards.

Review and finalize architectural drawings before submission for approval.

Collaborate with site engineers to ensure proper implementation of design concepts.

Conduct site visits and monitor architectural quality and construction progress.

Resolve design-related issues during project execution.

Prepare project presentations, brochures, and design reports.

Support project planning and design development activities.

Maintain updated knowledge of architectural trends, sustainable design practices, and construction technologies.

Perform additional architectural tasks assigned by management.
