Job Description
  • Blind Education and Rehabilitation Development Organisation (BERDO) is looking for motivated and responsible candidates for the position of Community Organizer to support and manage its microcredit program. The selected candidate will work closely with local communities, ensure effective community engagement, and assist in implementing development activities across Bangladesh.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Manage and coordinate microcredit program activities at the community level.
  • Build strong relationships with community members and beneficiaries.
  • Conduct field visits and collect necessary information related to program activities.
  • Support loan distribution, monitoring, and recovery activities.
  • Organize community meetings and awareness programs.
  • Maintain communication with beneficiaries and provide necessary support.
  • Prepare reports on field activities and submit updates to the concerned authority.
  • Ensure effective implementation of community development initiatives.
  • Perform other responsibilities assigned by the organization.
