Job Description
  • Nayem Pant House is seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote its garment products across clothing markets and retail showrooms in Dhaka and surrounding areas. The role focuses on presenting product samples and catalogues, developing new wholesale customers, collecting orders, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The position requires strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and field-sales abilities.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Visit clothing markets, wholesale shops, and retail showrooms regularly.
  • Promote the company’s garment products to potential customers.
  • Present product samples, catalogues, prices, and available collections.
  • Identify and approach new wholesale buyers and business prospects.
  • Collect wholesale orders and follow up with customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Negotiate prices, order quantities, and business terms professionally.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, and sales activities.
  • Provide regular market feedback and customer insights to management.
  • Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
  • Coordinate with the office and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Provide professional customer service and resolve basic client concerns.
  • Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.
