Job Description
  • Kazi Farms Group is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Officer – QA (Slaughterhouse). The selected candidate will oversee online quality-control activities within slaughterhouse and food-processing operations to ensure that raw materials, packaging materials, production processes, and finished products comply with established quality and food-safety standards. The role also involves supervising production-line activities, coordinating production and packing operations, maintaining accurate ERP records, preparing quality reports, and supporting timely product delivery. The position requires practical experience in quality assurance, food safety, production planning, employee management, ERP systems, and regulatory compliance.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Oversee online quality-assurance activities across slaughterhouse production operations.
  • Ensure compliance with established quality, food-safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Inspect incoming raw materials and verify their quality and suitability.
  • Inspect packaging materials to ensure they meet approved specifications.
  • Monitor finished products and confirm compliance with required standards.
  • Identify quality deviations and report non-compliance issues.
  • Prepare detailed quality-assurance reports for management.
  • Record inspection findings, production data, and quality metrics accurately.
  • Coordinate production-planning activities according to customer demand and company objectives.
  • Supervise day-to-day production-line operations.
  • Manage employees working on the production line.
  • Monitor the handling of finished goods and by-products.
  • Calculate production performance and output on a line-by-line basis.
  • Update production and quality records in the ERP system.
  • Coordinate the production and processing of intermediate and main products.
  • Supervise packing, freezing, and loading activities.
  • Ensure products are properly handled throughout production and delivery preparation.
  • Prepare delivery reports and supporting documentation.
  • Update records and issue required documents within the scheduled time.
  • Coordinate with production and other relevant departments to maintain operational efficiency.
