Trimco Group is seeking a highly experienced professional for the position of Regional Operations Director, South Asia. The selected candidate will lead and oversee operational activities across multiple South Asian countries, sourcing locations, and production facilities. The role is responsible for improving manufacturing performance, supply chain efficiency, customer satisfaction, compliance, sustainability, operational scalability, and profitability. The candidate will align regional operations with Trimco Group’s global business objectives and ESG standards while leading country operations managers, factory leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. The position requires strong strategic leadership, commercial understanding, Lean Manufacturing knowledge, data-driven decision-making, and experience managing complex regional operations within garments, packaging, manufacturing, or multinational environments.

Ensure effective inventory management and timely customer delivery.
Work with sales and customer service teams to improve customer satisfaction.

Analyse operational performance, financial results, and profitability.
Support business expansion, strategic investments, and operational scalability.
