Job Description
  • Uttara Preparatory School is looking for experienced and dedicated Female Teachers (Playgroup to Class 5) to join its academic team. The selected teachers will be responsible for conducting engaging classes, preparing lesson plans, managing classrooms, evaluating student performance, and maintaining effective communication with parents. Candidates with strong teaching skills, classroom management ability, and relevant academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Conduct engaging and age-appropriate classes for students from Playgroup to Class 5.
  • Teach subjects including English, Mathematics, Science, Bangla, and Junior Section courses.
  • Prepare lesson plans and update teaching strategies according to students’ learning needs.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Follow daily class schedules and school academic plans.
  • Participate actively in school events and academic activities.
  • Prepare examination materials, evaluate student performance, and maintain report cards.
  • Monitor students’ academic progress and provide necessary guidance.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ performance, strengths, and improvement areas.
  • Handle students with care and demonstrate effective classroom management skills.
  • Encourage teamwork, discipline, respect, and positive values among students.
  • Provide student counseling and support when required.
  • Take responsibility for students’ academic development and overall classroom activities.
