Job Description
  • Greenland Group is recruiting experienced Paper Cup Machine Operators for GULFMAID Plastic Co., Saudi Arabia. This position is ideal for skilled manufacturing professionals with hands-on experience in operating paper cup production machines. The selected candidates will be responsible for machine setup, production monitoring, quality control, troubleshooting, and maintaining a safe and efficient manufacturing process while meeting production targets.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Set up and operate paper cup manufacturing machines according to production schedules.
  • Monitor machine performance to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.
  • Produce paper cups according to quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and maintain quality control throughout production.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor mechanical adjustments when required.
  • Conduct routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance.
  • Minimize machine downtime by identifying and resolving operational problems quickly.
  • Maintain accurate production records, machine logs, and daily reports.
  • Ensure efficient use of raw materials while minimizing production waste.
  • Follow workplace safety regulations, operational procedures, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and quality assurance teams for technical support.
  • Meet daily and monthly production targets within specified deadlines.
  • Keep the production area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Report equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or production issues to supervisors.
  • Perform any additional production-related duties assigned by management.
