Job Description
  • E-SA Services Ltd. is recruiting Industry Workers for factory jobs in Moldova, Europe. The role involves performing general production and warehouse operations such as product assembly, packaging, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Candidates should be physically fit, hardworking, and willing to work in a fast-paced industrial setting while following workplace safety and quality standards.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Assemble products according to production instructions and quality standards.
  • Perform packaging, labeling, and preparation of finished products for shipment.
  • Load, unload, move, and organize raw materials and finished goods.
  • Operate basic factory equipment and production tools safely.
  • Follow production schedules to meet daily output targets.
  • Inspect products for quality and report defects or damaged items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production and warehouse areas.
  • Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
  • Assist with inventory handling and stock movement when required.
  • Support supervisors and team members in daily production activities.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of materials.
  • Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
  • Follow company policies, operational procedures, and quality control guidelines.
  • Perform other general factory and warehouse duties assigned by management.
