Job Description

Aurora Specialized Hospital is looking for an experienced Executive (Outdoor Marketing / Corporate Marketing / Digital Marketing) to support its Marketing Department. The role focuses on promoting the hospital’s healthcare services, expanding corporate partnerships, strengthening referral networks, increasing brand awareness, and driving patient acquisition through outdoor, corporate, and digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities & Context

Promote the hospital’s healthcare services through outdoor, corporate, and digital marketing activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations, insurance companies, NGOs, diagnostic centers, and referring physicians.

Conduct regular corporate visits to generate new business opportunities and patient referrals.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and increase patient engagement.

Organize health camps, seminars, awareness programs, and promotional events.

Manage and update the hospital’s digital platforms, including Facebook, Google Business Profile, website, and other social media channels.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activity and performance reports.

Collect market intelligence, competitor analysis, and patient feedback to support business development strategies.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure quality service delivery for corporate clients and patients.

Achieve marketing targets while maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders.

Perform additional marketing and business development tasks assigned by management.

Skills & Expertise

FMCG Sales & Marketing FMCG Sales Marketing Sales and Marketing in FMCG or Pharmaceutical are encouraged to apply Sales & Marketing Proven work experience in sales and marketing preferably healthcare
