Job Description
  • Pristine Pharmaceuticals is hiring Trainee Executives for its Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Control (QC) departments. This entry-level role is designed for Pharmacy graduates who are eager to build a career in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The selected candidates will assist in production planning, quality assurance, quality control, documentation, compliance, and process monitoring while ensuring products meet GMP and organizational quality standards.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring production, quality assurance, and quality control activities.
  • Support the supervision and coordination of production line operations and staff.
  • Train and guide new production employees on machine operation and production procedures.
  • Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment as required.
  • Review production records and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor production processes and maintain product quality according to company standards.
  • Perform quality inspections and support QA/QC activities throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Coordinate with different departments to achieve production targets efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, safety regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the assigned work area.
  • Assist managers in implementing operational policies and continuous process improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with the production and quality teams to improve productivity and efficiency.
