Job Description

OMC Healthcare (Pvt.) Ltd., a leading manufacturer and supplier of medical devices, is looking for a motivated Executive / Sr. Executive (Sales & Application) to strengthen its sales operations across Bangladesh. The role involves promoting medical equipment, developing business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a willingness to travel extensively while building long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

Education

Diploma in Medical Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in in Bio Chemistry, Bio Medical Engineering, Electro Medical, Medical Technology or any Biological Science

Additional Requirements

Age 24 to 32 years

Responsibilities & Context

Promote and sell medical devices to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective territory management.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, distributors, and institutional clients.

Conduct regular market visits, product presentations, and application demonstrations.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Participate in government, private, and NGO tender processes when required.

Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.

Prepare sales plans, reports, and forecasts for management review.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer support.

Travel frequently within assigned territories to maximize business growth and customer satisfaction.
