Job Description
  • Unimax International BD. is looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Officer / Sr. Sales Officer to expand its dealer network and strengthen market presence across multiple regions of Bangladesh. The role focuses on developing new dealers and points of sale (POS), executing sales and marketing strategies, maintaining strong business relationships, and achieving sales targets. Candidates with experience in the electronics or home appliance industry and strong communication and negotiation skills are highly encouraged to apply.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Develop new dealers and expand the Point of Sale (POS) network in assigned territories.
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends.
  • Prepare and update potential dealer databases and sales reports.
  • Promote company products and ensure effective product availability in the market.
  • Negotiate with dealers and provide support to maximize sales performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and product delivery.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to achieve business growth and organizational objectives.
