Job Description
  • Divine Group Ltd. (100% Knit Composite Industry) is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to manage buyer communications, coordinate order execution, and ensure the timely delivery of garments. The role involves handling product development, bulk merchandising, sample coordination, and close collaboration with production, planning, and commercial teams. Candidates with strong merchandising expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience in the knit garments industry will play a key role in maintaining buyer satisfaction and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Communicate with buyers regarding new inquiries, product development, and order projections.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of ongoing orders.
  • Manage bulk merchandising and sample development activities.
  • Follow up with planning, production, commercial, and quality teams to ensure on-time shipment.
  • Participate in new buyer development and maintain strong buyer relationships.
  • Provide advice on product design, samples, trims, and accessories based on buyer requirements.
  • Monitor order progress and resolve production or delivery issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate merchandising documentation and order status reports.
  • Visit factory locations whenever required to monitor production and coordinate operations.
