Job Description
  • FR Corporation, a leading importer and distributor of surgical and medical devices, is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Officer to promote its healthcare product portfolio across Bangladesh. The role involves developing business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and distributors while achieving sales targets and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Promote and market the company's surgical and medical device products to healthcare institutions and professionals.
  • Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, surgical stores, dealers, and distributors to generate sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, and business partners.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new customers and expand the company's distribution and dealer network.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities to increase product awareness.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product supply and customer support.
  • Travel regularly within assigned territories to strengthen market coverage and maximize sales performance.
