Job Description
  • The Trainer (NSDA Certified) is responsible for delivering competency-based training under the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) framework. The role involves preparing lesson plans, conducting theoretical and practical training sessions, assessing learners’ competencies, maintaining training records, and ensuring compliance with NSDA standards and CBT&A methodology. The trainer plays a key role in developing learners' technical skills and preparing them for national certification and employment.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Deliver classroom and practical training following NSDA curriculum and CBT&A methodology.
  • Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessment tools for assigned courses.
  • Conduct theory and hands-on sessions to develop learners' technical competencies.
  • Prepare trainees for competency assessments and NSDA certification examinations.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and learner progress.
  • Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety of training equipment and laboratory facilities.
  • Monitor trainees' performance and provide mentoring throughout the training program.
  • Coordinate with training management to ensure compliance with NSDA standards and reporting requirements.
  • Create a positive, engaging, and professional learning environment for all participants.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, training methodologies, and curriculum changes.
  • Perform other training and administrative duties assigned by management.
