    Responsibilities & Context
  • Coordinate and lead all aspects of a strategic ecommerce plan.
  • Combine existing expertise in sales, marketing, technology and management to deliver a superior brand and shopping experience for all customers.
  • Manage & Liaison with writer, publisher and 3rd party to run the operation smoothly.
  • Review the current inventory and replenishment process across the site and improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the ecommerce website as a brand. Manage the overall user experience, including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns.
  • Be a key team player in building and developing the effective planning and execution of an ecommerce strategy, working cross-functionally with teams to ensure QA and timely publishing of all web content.
  • Work with the team to review/ setup operational KPIs and deliver on those KPI with the team.
  • A Periodical budgeting, forecasting and planning to meet company objectives and sales target .
  • Leading integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in conversion rates, overall order size and managing margin performance across the product lines.
  • Leading & managing in smooth operation of the payment collection and effective return management solution.
  • Leading & managing media relation, social media integration, SEO and other monitoring methodologies and analytics activities.
  • Provide thought leadership, innovation and process optimization initiatives such as implementing ecommerce software and other industry best practices.
  • Consult Tech team on designing customer experience and ensuring scalability.
  • Achieve the yearly Revenue target set by the company.
  • Identify new areas of ecommerce opportunity beyond current offering.
  • Interpret data and draw conclusions to implement new ecommerce strategies.
