Responsibilities & Context
Coordinate and lead all aspects of a strategic ecommerce plan.
Combine existing expertise in sales, marketing, technology and management to deliver a superior brand and shopping experience for all customers.
Manage & Liaison with writer, publisher and 3rd party to run the operation smoothly.
Review the current inventory and replenishment process across the site and improve operational efficiency.
Oversee the ecommerce website as a brand. Manage the overall user experience, including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns.
Be a key team player in building and developing the effective planning and execution of an ecommerce strategy, working cross-functionally with teams to ensure QA and timely publishing of all web content.
Work with the team to review/ setup operational KPIs and deliver on those KPI with the team.
A Periodical budgeting, forecasting and planning to meet company objectives and sales target .
Leading integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in conversion rates, overall order size and managing margin performance across the product lines.
Leading & managing in smooth operation of the payment collection and effective return management solution.
Leading & managing media relation, social media integration, SEO and other monitoring methodologies and analytics activities.
Provide thought leadership, innovation and process optimization initiatives such as implementing ecommerce software and other industry best practices.
Consult Tech team on designing customer experience and ensuring scalability.
Achieve the yearly Revenue target set by the company.
Identify new areas of ecommerce opportunity beyond current offering.
Interpret data and draw conclusions to implement new ecommerce strategies.
