Job Description
  • Square Toiletries Ltd. (STL), a leading FMCG company under Square Group, is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Executive, Production to support production operations at its manufacturing facility. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards, maintaining product quality, improving operational efficiency, and leading production teams to achieve organizational goals.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Supervise and monitor daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Ensure production processes comply with cGMP, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Prepare shift-wise production reports and maintain accurate operational documentation.
  • Monitor productivity, identify process improvement opportunities, and minimize production losses.
  • Coordinate with quality assurance, maintenance, and other departments to achieve production targets.
  • Train, guide, and supervise production team members to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Ensure proper utilization of machinery, equipment, and production resources.
  • Monitor workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to maintain continuous operations.
  • Support the implementation of SAP-based production activities and maintain production records.
  • Ensure timely completion of production schedules while maintaining product quality.
  • Perform additional production and operational duties assigned by management.
