Job Description
  • Mainamoti Medical College and Hospital, Cumilla is inviting applications for the position of Associate Professor. The institution is seeking experienced and qualified medical academicians who are passionate about teaching, clinical excellence, and academic research.     Responsibilities & Context
  • Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate medical students.
  • Supervise clinical training, ward rounds, and bedside teaching in the assigned department.
  • Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessment methods in accordance with BMDC and university guidelines.
  • Mentor students and junior faculty members in academic and clinical activities.
  • Conduct research, publish scholarly articles, and participate in academic conferences and seminars.
  • Evaluate student performance through examinations, assignments, and clinical assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies, academic standards, and ethical medical practices.
  • Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with hospital departments to enhance patient care and clinical education.
  • Perform additional academic, administrative, and clinical responsibilities assigned by the college authority.
