Job Description
  • Mainamoti Medical College & Hospital (Pvt.) Ltd., one of the leading private medical institutions in Cumilla, is inviting applications for the position of Professor. The institution is seeking qualified, experienced, and dedicated medical professionals to strengthen its academic and clinical team.     • Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS) in Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate medical education through lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.
  • Supervise clinical training and ensure high-quality patient care in the assigned department.
  • Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and academic resources.
  • Conduct examinations, evaluate student performance, and provide academic guidance.
  • Mentor medical students, interns, and junior faculty members.
  • Participate in medical research, publications, and academic development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with BMDC regulations and institutional academic standards.
  • Collaborate with faculty members to improve teaching methodologies and curriculum quality.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and institutional programs.
  • Contribute to hospital-based clinical services and multidisciplinary patient management.
  • Maintain accurate academic, clinical, and administrative documentation.
