Job Description

Mainamoti Medical College & Hospital (Pvt.) Ltd., one of the leading private medical institutions in Cumilla, is seeking a qualified and motivated IT Expert to support its academic, clinical, and administrative IT operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, networks, servers, software, and technical infrastructure while ensuring uninterrupted IT services across the hospital and medical college. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, while experienced candidates will receive preference.

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Responsibilities & Context

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.

Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, internet connectivity, and server performance.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Manage Windows Server, user accounts, system security, and data backup processes.

Install, update, and maintain operating systems, antivirus software, and business applications.

Ensure the smooth operation of hospital and academic IT systems and related technologies.

Support staff with computer, printer, scanner, and network configuration issues.

Assist in maintaining institutional websites, digital platforms, and online communication systems.

Perform routine system monitoring, maintenance, and preventive troubleshooting.

Maintain IT inventory, technical documentation, and service records.
