Job Description
  • Hasib Dream School College is seeking qualified and experienced Senior Teachers (Bangla Version) to teach Higher Secondary and Secondary level students in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Zoology. The role involves delivering quality education, preparing engaging lessons, supporting students' academic development, and contributing to the institution’s commitment to educational excellence.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Teach assigned subjects to Secondary and Higher Secondary students following the academic curriculum.
  • Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and teaching materials for effective classroom instruction.
  • Conduct lectures, practical sessions, and classroom activities to enhance student learning.
  • Assess student performance through class tests, assignments, examinations, and continuous evaluation.
  • Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and student progress reports.
  • Guide and mentor students to improve academic performance and personal development.
  • Utilize modern teaching methods, multimedia, and presentation tools during lessons.
  • Participate in curriculum development, academic planning, and institutional activities.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and academic management to achieve educational goals.
  • Attend training programs, meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions.
  • Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment.
  • Perform additional academic and administrative duties assigned by the school authority.
