Job Description
  • Padma Textiles Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Merchandiser to manage end-to-end merchandising operations and ensure the successful execution of garment orders. The role involves coordinating with international buyers, suppliers, and internal production teams to deliver high-quality products on time while maintaining profitability, compliance, and sustainability standards.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee product development, sourcing, production follow-up, and order management, ensuring smooth communication across all stakeholders and timely resolution of production challenges.

  • Coordinate with buyers and suppliers to manage orders and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Handle product sampling, approvals, and production follow-ups from development to shipment.
  • Negotiate product costs while ensuring quality standards and target profitability.
  • Monitor order progress, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
  • Identify and resolve production issues to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with design and product development teams to meet buyer requirements.
  • Source fabrics, trims, and accessories from local and international suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with sustainability, ethical sourcing, and company quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate merchandising documentation and communicate order updates with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives.
