Job Description
  • Neptune Style Limited, a 100% export-oriented knit garments manufacturer, is looking for an experienced Executive Director (Operation) to lead and oversee the overall factory operations. The role is responsible for managing production, quality, HR, administration, compliance, and operational performance while ensuring maximum productivity, timely shipment, buyer satisfaction, and compliance with international standards. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in knit garments manufacturing and be capable of communicating effectively with international buyers.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Lead and oversee all factory operations, including Production, Quality, HR, Admin, Compliance, and related departments.
  • Coordinate with international buyers and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain buyer-wise, style-wise, and order-wise operational documentation.
  • Monitor factory efficiency and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
  • Calculate garment SMV, consumption, and optimize production planning.
  • Design and implement modern, scientific machine layouts for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
  • Lead factory compliance activities and represent the organization during buyer audits.
  • Coordinate with HR, Admin, and Compliance departments to maintain international standards.
  • Monitor garment quality and implement corrective actions to meet export requirements.
  • Oversee costing, pricing, sourcing of fabrics, accessories, and other local/import materials.
  • Monitor production lines regularly to ensure on-time shipment.
  • Provide daily operational updates to the Managing Director and senior management.
  • Handle operational challenges and make strategic decisions under pressure.
