Job Description
  • Unique Cattle Poultry And Fish Feeds Industries Ltd. is hiring experienced Regional Sales Managers to lead regional sales operations across Bangladesh. The role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in feed sales, regional market development, dealer network management, and achieving sales targets within the livestock, poultry, and fisheries feed industry.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate Area Sales Managers and sales teams.
  • Expand and strengthen dealer and distributor networks across the assigned region.
  • Monitor regional sales performance and ensure monthly sales target achievement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify business opportunities.
  • Ensure effective implementation of sales and marketing plans in the assigned region.
  • Conduct regular market visits and provide guidance to field sales teams.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
  • Coordinate with management to improve customer satisfaction and business growth.
