Job Description
  • Neptune Style Limited, a 100% export-oriented knit garments manufacturer, is looking for an experienced General Manager (G.M) – Marketing & Merchandising to lead the Marketing and Merchandising department. The candidate will be responsible for managing buyer relationships, developing new business opportunities, handling costing and price negotiations, and ensuring smooth coordination between buyers, merchandising teams, and factory operations.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Lead and manage the Marketing & Merchandising department of the knit garments division.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and establish new buyer accounts.
  • Handle buyer communication, negotiation, and business development activities.
  • Prepare and manage product costing, pricing strategies, and price negotiations.
  • Manage sourcing of fabrics, accessories, and other materials from local and international suppliers.
  • Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and factory teams to ensure timely shipment.
  • Monitor production progress and resolve issues related to order execution.
  • Maintain buyer-wise, style-wise, and order-wise documentation.
  • Ensure smooth execution of export orders according to buyer requirements.
  • Regularly update Managing Director and management regarding business progress.
  • Work closely with multicultural teams and maintain effective internal communication.
  • Analyze market trends and explore new business opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term buyer relationships.
  • Handle pressure situations and take quick decisions to meet shipment deadlines.
