Job Description

JK Group is looking for an experienced Technician – Garments Maintenance to manage the maintenance activities of garments production machinery and equipment. The candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, improving machine efficiency, and ensuring smooth production operations.

Responsibilities & Context

Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of garments production machinery.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system problems.

Reduce machine downtime by ensuring quick and effective technical solutions.

Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and service records.

Coordinate with production teams to ensure maximum machine availability.

Monitor machine performance and suggest improvement plans.

Handle installation, commissioning, and modification of new machinery.

Coordinate with machine suppliers and external service providers.

Manage spare parts requirements and technical support activities.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Identify equipment risks and implement corrective actions.

Support continuous improvement initiatives for machine reliability and productivity.
