Job Description
  • AKIJBASHIR GROUP is looking for a Chemist – Production (Glue Plant) for its Particle Factory in Trishal, Mymensingh. This role involves overseeing chemical testing, production planning, quality control, process optimization, and safe plant operations. The selected candidate will help maintain production efficiency, minimize wastage, and ensure products meet quality standards while complying with safety and regulatory requirements.

    Education

    • Master of Science (MSc) in in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry

    Additional Requirements

    • Age 25 to 40 years

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Perform chemical and physical testing of raw materials and finished products.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure all operating parameters remain within standards.
  • Evaluate machine performance and minimize production downtime.
  • Prepare daily machine-wise production plans based on customer requirements.
  • Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality and quantity.
  • Control material wastage and improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Prepare production reports and operational statements for management.
  • Coordinate with management to resolve production-related issues and improve plant performance.
  • Maintain laboratory and production safety by following standard operating procedures and legal regulations.
  • Support continuous process improvement and ensure smooth factory operations.
