Monitor regional sales performance and ensure sales target achievement.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, distributors, and key stakeholders.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
Ensure effective implementation of company sales policies and marketing campaigns.
Participate in training programs and support the development of high-performing sales teams.
