Job Description
  • Q Cake Company, established in 2018 with 30+ outlets across Dhaka and other regions of Bangladesh, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join its Finance & Accounts team.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily accounting operations, managing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

    Education

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting , Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Maintain daily financial transactions and accounting records.
  • Prepare vouchers, invoices, and payment documents.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and cash management.
  • Maintain inventory and expense records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Assist in financial reporting and documentation.
  • Support audit activities and other accounting tasks as required.
