Job Description
  • Active Management Care Agency Ltd is looking for energetic and responsible Executives to manage customer loan/credit collection and recovery activities. The selected candidates will be responsible for customer communication, field visits, payment follow-up, maintaining collection records, and preparing operational reports.     Responsibilities & Context
  • Handle customer loan and credit collection activities.
  • Conduct field visits for payment collection and customer follow-up.
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding payments.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, Excel sheets, and collection records.
  • Monitor assigned cases and achieve collection targets.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
  • Follow up with customers through phone calls and field communication.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities.
  • Coordinate with team members and report progress to management.
  • Support recovery strategies to improve collection performance.
  • Build positive relationships with customers while ensuring timely recovery.
  • Assist management in operational improvement activities.
