Shin’n Glow is looking for a responsible, organised and customer-focused Showroom Supervisor to supervise daily showroom activities, support the sales team and ensure a professional customer experience.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Showroom Manager to maintain sales performance, employee discipline, product displays and smooth showroom operations.
Education
- HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Responsibilities & Context
Supervise the daily activities of sales executives, beauty advisors, cashiers and other showroom staff.
Ensure that employees provide professional customer service and accurate product information.
Monitor daily sales performance and support the team in achieving sales targets.
Check employee attendance, grooming, behaviour and workplace discipline.
Ensure that products, shelves, counters, testers and display areas remain clean, organised and attractive.
Coordinate with the inventory team to maintain product availability and report out-of-stock, damaged or expired products.
Assist in handling customer complaints, product returns and exchanges according to company policy.
Prepare basic daily sales, attendance and showroom activity reports for the Showroom Manager.
