Job Description

Shin’n Glow is looking for a confident, presentable and customer-friendly Product Demonstrator to introduce, explain and demonstrate skincare, makeup, beauty and personal care products to customers.

The selected candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers, presenting products and supporting the sales team in increasing customer interest and product sales.

Education

HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma (Vocational)

Age 20 to 32 years

Responsibilities & Context

Demonstrate skincare, makeup and beauty products to customers in a professional manner.

Explain product features, benefits, ingredients, usage instructions and prices clearly.

Help customers understand how to use products correctly and safely.

Answer basic customer questions and recommend suitable products based on their needs.

Support the sales team in achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Maintain product testers, demonstration tools and display areas in a clean and organised condition.

Participate in product launches, promotional campaigns, events and in-store activities.

Collect customer feedback and report product demand or concerns to the Showroom Manager.
