Shin’n Glow is looking for an experienced, responsible and detail-oriented Import–Export Manager to manage the company’s international sourcing, import, export, shipping and commercial documentation activities.
The selected candidate will communicate with international suppliers, coordinate with banks, customs authorities, C&F agents and freight-forwarding companies, and ensure that all shipments are completed accurately, legally and on time.

Responsibilities & Context
Manage the company’s overall import, export and international sourcing activities.
Communicate and negotiate with overseas suppliers, manufacturers and business partners.
Review quotations, purchase orders, pro forma invoices, commercial invoices and shipment documents.
Coordinate with banks, customs authorities, C&F agents, shipping lines and freight-forwarding companies.
Manage letters of credit, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading and other commercial documents.
Monitor shipment schedules, customs clearance and product delivery to ensure timely completion.
Ensure that imported cosmetics comply with applicable laws, labelling requirements, quality standards and regulatory procedures.
Evaluate suppliers based on price, product quality, delivery time, reliability and business terms.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, payments, import costs, licences, permits and supplier agreements.
Prepare regular import–export reports and submit updates to senior management.
