Job Description

Shin’n Glow is a cosmetics showroom, import–export and e-commerce company offering skincare, makeup, beauty and personal care products.

We are looking for an honest, organised and responsible Storekeeper to receive, store, record and issue products while maintaining accurate stock information and proper storage conditions.

Requirements

Education

HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Additional Requirements

Age 20 to 32 years
Only Male can apply

Responsibilities & Context

Receive products and verify quantities, product details and supporting documents.

Store products safely and organise them by category, brand, batch number and expiry date.

Maintain accurate records of all received, issued, returned and transferred products.

Issue products to the showroom, sales or delivery teams against authorised documents.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damaged products and low-stock items.

Check manufacturing dates, batch numbers and expiry dates regularly.

Assist with physical stock counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Keep the store area clean, secure, organised and compliant with company procedures.
