We are looking for a careful and responsible Barcode and Stock Entry Operator to maintain accurate product and inventory records. The selected candidate will create and scan barcodes, enter stock information into the system, update inventory records and support the warehouse and sales teams. The candidate must be accurate, organised candidate must be accurate, organised and comfortable using computers and barcode scanners.

Create, print and attach barcode labels to products correctly.
Scan incoming and outgoing products using a barcode scanner.
Enter product names, codes, quantities and prices into the inventory system.
Update stock records after receiving, transferring, selling or returning products.
Check physical stock and compare it with the system records.
Identify and report missing, damaged, duplicated or incorrectly labelled products.
Maintain daily stock entry reports and related documents.
Coordinate with the reports and related documents.
Coordinate with the warehouse, showroom, procurement and accounts teams regarding stock information.
