The Finance & Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day financial operations and maintaining accurate financial records. The position will work closely with management to support budgeting, financial planning, reporting, cash flow management, compliance, and business decision-making.
Education
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in in Accounting, Finance, Finance & Banking, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized university.

Responsibilities & Context
Manage daily accounting and financial operations of the company.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, expenses, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and supporting financial documents.
Ensure compliance with applicable tax, VAT, accounting, and financial regulations.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax authorities, vendors, and other relevant parties when required.
Monitor company expenses and identify opportunities for better cost control.
Develop and maintain internal financial controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
Prepare financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making.
Supervise accounting activities and ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
