The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently, maintain publishing accuracy, avoid duplicate or incorrect information, and ensure job circulars are updated or removed when necessary.

Upload and optimize job circular images, documents, or supporting materials when required.
Check spelling, grammar, formatting, links, and other information to maintain publishing accuracy.
Avoid duplicate, expired, misleading, or incomplete job circulars.
Update published job circulars when employers provide corrections or additional information.
Remove or mark expired job circulars according to company guidelines.
Maintain publishing records and coordinate with the content, HR, or management team when clarification is required.
Follow daily publishing targets and ensure assigned job circulars are published within deadlines.
Maintain the quality, consistency, and accuracy of all published job information.
