The role involves scheduling interviews, confirming candidate availability, sending interview details, maintaining recruitment records, following up with candidates, and ensuring a smooth interview experience from scheduling through completion.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, responsive, professional, and capable of managing multiple interviews and recruitment activities simultaneously.

Responsibilities & Context
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers based on availability.
Communicate interview dates, times, locations, meeting links, and other necessary information to candidates.
Confirm candidate attendance before scheduled interviews.
Coordinate with recruiters, HR personnel, department heads, and interview panel members.
Reschedule interviews when required and communicate changes promptly.
Maintain accurate interview schedules, candidate records, and recruitment trackers.
Send interview invitations, reminders, confirmations, and follow-up communications.
Assist candidates with basic questions regarding interview procedures and requirements.
Coordinate online interviews through Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
Ensure interviewers receive candidate CVs, job descriptions, and relevant information before interviews.
Collect interview feedback from hiring managers and update candidate status accordingly.
