Job Description
  • Padma Mart is looking for a proactive and results-driven E-commerce Operations & Growth Manager who will be responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, improving operational efficiency, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving sustainable online sales growth.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Manage the overall day-to-day operations of Padma Mart’s e-commerce business, including orders, products, inventory, customer service, and fulfillment.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, improve conversion rates, and achieve monthly business growth targets.
  • Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Website, Creative, Social Media, Customer Support, Accounts, and Packing teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor product availability, pricing, promotions, stock levels, order processing, delivery status, returns, and cancellations.
  • Analyze sales, customer behavior, product performance, operational KPIs, and business data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Improve customer experience across the entire buying journey, from website visit and order placement to delivery and after-sales support.
  • Plan and manage promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, product launches, bundles, discounts, and other sales initiatives.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and recommend practical strategies to management for increasing revenue, reducing operational issues, and improving profitability.
