Job Description
  • Padma Mart is looking for a skilled and responsible E-commerce Website Developer & Administrator to develop, maintain, optimize, and manage the company’s e-commerce website while ensuring excellent performance, security, user experience, and smooth online purchasing operations.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Develop, maintain, and manage Padma Mart’s e-commerce website, including product pages, categories, checkout, payment, and customer account functionalities.
  • Regularly update products, pricing, stock information, banners, promotional offers, landing pages, and other website content.
  • Monitor website speed, uptime, security, mobile responsiveness, functionality, and overall technical performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website errors, checkout issues, payment gateway problems, broken pages, plugin conflicts, and other technical issues.
  • Integrate and maintain payment gateways, courier or delivery systems, analytics tools, tracking pixels, APIs, and other third-party services.
  • Optimize website structure, usability, navigation, page speed, and conversion-focused elements to improve customer experience and online sales.
  • Implement website security measures, regular backups, software updates, access control, and technical maintenance procedures.
  • Coordinate with E-commerce, Digital Marketing, SEO, Creative, and Customer Support teams to implement campaigns, landing pages, tracking requirements, and website improvements.
